Citizens Advice Mid Suffolk is proud to be a third party reporting centre for Suffolk Hate Crime Service who supports victims and families of hate crimes and hate incidents. http://www.suffolkhatecrime.org.uk/

The Milton Road office is wheelchair accessible. We do not have any parking available at the premises. The nearest short stay car park is in Milton Road South and the nearest long stay car park is in Ipswich Street beside The Regal Theatre.

Citizens Advice Mid Suffolk has a complaints handling procedure. Please email [email protected] to request a copy of the complaints leaflet to be either posted or emailed to you.
