Citizens Advice Mid Suffolk can provide employment advice on your employment rights & responsibilities according to employment contract. If you do not have a written contract we can advise you about your statutory rights including minimum wage and holiday pay. We can also provide advice if you feel you are being discriminated at work on the grounds of sex, race or age.

We provide practical support by helping you make a claim for unpaid wages, checking redundancy payments are correct, advising on changes to terms and conditions, advising on your employee individual rights and identifying possible claims for unfair dismissal.

During 2015/16 the Employment team dealt with 101 clients. £31,800 was gained for clients through Employment tribunals or pre-hearing negotiation by our Employment Specialists.
