You may have received poor service or you may want to switch energy suppliers, cancel a contract, or you may have purchased faulty goods in which case we can help you.
When you buy goods or services the law gives you consumer rights which protect you from being treated unfairly by a trader. Citizens Advice Mid Suffolk can help you to understand and enforce these rights.

  • Suffolk Trading Standards is the enforcement service that is responsible for protecting consumers and legitimate traders from scams and unfair trading. www.suffolktradingstandards.wordpress.com
  • Report scams to the Consumer helpline on 0800 111 6768.
  • Suspected fraud and internet crime should be reported to the police through Action Fraud on www.actionfraud.police.uk or on 0300 123 2040.
